Refunds

We only offer refunds or replacements for damaged or defective items. To be eligible:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • You must provide photo evidence of the damage 

To file a claim, please contact us through the "contact us" page and incude:

  • Your order number 
  • description of the issue 
  • clear images of the damaged of defective item 

Our team will review your request and get back to you within 24 hours. 

Shipping issues

We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect adress. Orders are shipped directly to the address provided during checkout. 

Returns

We do not accept returns all orders are final. 

Order cancellation 

Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed , so we cannot cancel or modify any orders. All sales are final. 

Disclaimer on our woven blankets

Our b blankets are created using woven tapestry method, which means designs are created with thread rather than printed ink. Because of this, colours, textures, and small details may appear slightly different than digital images shown online.
